We start with a no obligation selling consult, meeting with you in person at your home to walk you through every aspect of the home selling process.
We’ll discuss what your goals are, whats happening in your neighbourhood by looking at similar sold homes as yours, homes that possible did not sell in your neighbourhood and discuss potential reasons why and answer any questions or concerns you might have about the process and the market overall. This also gives us an opportunity to meet and to see if we are the right fit to work together. At the very least you will walk away with a wealth of information to prepare you for your sale.

2.Strategy & Marketing

We discuss what strategy option you have when listing as well as marketing plans. Research shows you cant time the market, but with proper preparation, data and a strong plan in place I can help you make a better decision when selling your home while maximizing your homes potential.

3. Understanding Value

I will prepare a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) on the home you would be looking to sell. I will analyze, compare & explain the value of the home to help you understand its true value before you decide to sell and will present it to you either in person or via email with a breakdown explaining how I come to my conclusions. Understanding the true value of a home is key in this market as list prices do not always tell the true story.

Finally I promise to return all emails, phone calls, texts in a timely manner and keep a consistent line of communication to answer your questions, listen to your concerns update you on the market, neighbourhood and happenings around you and help guide you along the way to accomplishing your goals without the pushy rhetoric.
